Staff is amazing. I order a smoothie almost every morning from this location. I’m always greeted when I arrive. Told to have a nice day when I leave. My smoothie has 6 supplements and they know my order from memory. They simply ask if I’m getting my usual. What a wonderful why to start my day. Highly recommended. Great job everyone.

They don’t care about quality or fixing errors. I said I had allergies, they made my food incorrectly and then blamed me. They will argue and say they don’t know how to refund and won’t remake your food

Place sucks. Service sucks, they pretend like they don’t understand you when your order is wrong. Smoothies are just juice - over blended water with barley any ice

Service is bad. A lady came in with an online pickup order and had to wait another 10-15 minutes after the timer said it was ready. She asked for a refund and the girl refused and started making her food right there. The lady said she had to go to work and couldn’t be late so she needed her money back and the worker refused and said if she leaves she won’t get refunded because it’s not the stores fault

I consistently have to wait at least 15 minutes past my online order pickup time. On top of that, the smoothies are often watery, the food is wrong, and the smoothies themselves are frequently made incorrectly. Staff barely communicate, and when I asked for a refund I was told no—that if I left, I wouldn’t get my money back. Today at 5 PM there was only one person working, which is unacceptable. This location clearly needs more staff and better customer service.

Don’t come here. The lady that checked me out didn’t say hello and the smoothie for a second time now is watery. Please give this place some competition!

The best staff and owner! Super friendly and fair. We screwed up our order online and the crew at this location were extremely understanding and went above and beyond. Thank you do much!!

The place is clean! The food is always good. The smoothies of course are ALWAYS the best in town!! And the service was decent.

First time this location. Wasn't busy at all. Service was quick my Mocha madness smoothy was very good. I also got the 3 Cheese Chicken Dilla. Its my go to for this. I would recommend this place and if I'm in the area again I will be back!

I'm very dissapointed in the quality of my bowl. My bowl is frozen and the taste is horrible. It taste like freezer burn. It seems as though they don't make their bowls fresh anymore. Probably just pulled it out of the freezer and slapped the toppings on top. Will not be returning to this location.
