Waited at the counter for ten minutes. No one behind the counter acknowledged me. It wasn't even busy. So I left. In addition, the crew didn't look very hygenic. Good help is hard to come by.

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through and the guy tattooed from head to toe sounded like he wasn’t paying attention and kept talking over me. Of course he got my order wrong and when I asked him to fix it he started arguing with me. Avoid this place at all cost!

I walked into this Wendy’s and they had no drive thru line, no in person line, nothing to stop them from helping me to take my order. I was told, one minute and well get to you. Fifteen minutes later well no one got to me, so I left, if it takes them that long to start my order when there are no customers, the I can’t imagine how long it take for the food to get done.

The people that took my order was rude and disrespectful. I had to ask multiple times to get my cup so I could get a drink. Then, when I get my food, I found a black and while mixed in my fries. What the hell is going on there?

I came through the drive through at around 10:45pm. No one said anything so I waited and finally said hello. Then a guy proceeds to tell me that I have to wait ten minutes but doesn't tell me why. There was no line and they weren't busy. So I sit there for ten min or so and some girl says "what can I get you" very rudely. So I order a combo but tell her I don't want a drink but still charge me for a combo so I can use my app. I pull up and she has a bad attitude for one and for two she didn't want to put a combo on there but charge me extra for just a sandwich and fries the tells me I can't use my app. So I ask her nicely why she is so mad and having an attitude and she rolled her eyes, slammed the windows shut, then opens the windows and tells me to leave and she "ain't got time for me" I was shocked and was about to leave and she opened the window and threw my bag of food at me and said take it and leave. The customer service these days is absolute garbage. I work hard for my money and barely eat out and this is the service I get!

I attempted to go through the drive-thru at 6:30pm, but was met with lights off on the menu and the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. When she told me “I had to tell her my drink with the combo” after saying several other rude things to me, I told her to forget it and drove off. Don’t waste your time at this sad location.

Woman at the drive-thru didn't get or even let me place my whole order, I got one thing and she immediately told me to pull up, afterwards told me the wrong price (was only a dollar or so off so not a big deal) but when I said the price she told me, she then acted like it was my fault and was rude the rest of our interaction, haven't had a problem up until she'd been hired

We ordered 6 frostys Sunday night. My friend placed the order with my credit card through the website. He went to pick them up. The person at the speaker said the order was ready and he could pull around to the window. When he got to the first window, he watched an employee accidentally knock them over and they spilled on the employee. When he got to the second window, the manager in duty said they were “out” of the frosty mix and told him to cancel the order himself through the site. He kept trying to cancel the order and the store wouldn’t let him because the order was “processed” already. I still haven’t gotten a refund and nobody has answered the phone at the store. I’ve called 8 times and left a voicemail.
