Do not stop at this Wendy’s!!! We waited in the drive through for 40 minutes and got up there at 11:40 and nobody would take our order!!!! They wouldn’t respond - drove up to the window and didn’t see anyone in there. Left and see two employees sitting in a car!!! They just apparently walked out and left lights on and machines on. We’re not supposed to close until 12.

Walked in to eat with my family and was told “Monique is in the bathroom and she will take your order when she gets out” by the supervisor. We stood at counter for 5 mins while none of the 5 employees standing behind the counter could help. We won’t be back to this location.

I arrived at 7am breakfast signs were not out I asked him if this is what they had currently he said no and I said okay do you have salad and he said no that’s lunch and I said okay I can’t tell what you have because the breakfast menu of what they were serving was not even out. The employee at your establishment was extremely rude not helpful at all and I will never be back and also will be calling corporate:) such a joke switch the sign when you come in, in the morning!

I’m from a restaurant background.. my pregnant wife and I went to Wendy’s at 11:52pm
Wanting something small for the ride home, we pull up and the guy says, “we’re closing” nothing more. Not we are closed
 even though we close at midnight or later per our hours posted online and in the store.
I get it no one wants to dirty the stuff you cleaned because you’ve been so slow.. but you’re still open.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes. No one behind the counter acknowledged me. It wasn't even busy. So I left. In addition, the crew didn't look very hygenic. Good help is hard to come by.
