The place was good. Menu was simple and easy to understand. This was my first time trying frozen yogurt at this place. I took the original yogurt, apparently I felt the taste was too sour and sweet. I personally didn’t like it, but may be others might like it.

I never write reviews on google, but today my experience was terrible. Usually the service here is good but today I went and the workers were so rude. I asked if the original flavor tasted like vanilla and the workers stared at my face and would not answer me until after I asked several times even though they were looking me in the eyes. I'm not sure what their names were but even when I asked them for one mango and strawberry and one strawberry and original they gave us two strawberry and original. When they gave us the cups we told them they looked very similar and they said no we put the right flavors, but then when we tried it they both tasted like strawberry and original. We then asked them a second time if they are sure they put different flavors and they said yes even though they were obviously the same. They were both very rude and the service was very bad.

First time experience and im a bit disappointed and here is why. I walked up to the store and they have a hiring sign up for shiftleader and assistant manager which is not the issue at all just a little something that caught my eye. I walk in and there is a small line of 3 couples in front of me and all i see is one employee, I did not catch her name. She was doing her very best to get everyone served at top speed, answers questioned for the first timers and the entire time she apologized for the wait and you could just seee the defeat in her eyes. The line behind me kept growing and I was hoping that any moment now someone would come and help her but nothing. So when she gave me my order, I asked her, if there was anyone else here with her and she said no. It really made me feel angry for her, she doesn't deserve to be worked to death and be stressed to the point of defeat.Honestly I hope someone from Yagööt sees this and makes sure that going forward you have enough employees working at least 2( includes managers, shift leaders and other crew members).As for my drink it was a tropical smoothie and I had to keep picking pineapple skin out of my mouth because the pineapple wasn't cleaned and cut properly. ?

The two guys working there were incredibly rude when I said I had never been to a non-self serve frozen yogurt shop and asked how it worked. The amount they gave me was ridiculously underserved and too expensive. $7 for a SMALL with only 3 toppings (barely any yogurt or toppings in the bowl). The "original" flavor is also the worst tasting froyo I've ever had.

When we entered this place, a group of teenager workers walked out from the back all giggly, one was eating a cup of frozen yogurt and one came and asked us impatiently what we wanted. When I told her we needed a couple minutes to look over the menu, they stood there and gave each other a look. The third worker was leaning on the counter just staring at the one who was tending to us. It made me felt very unwelcomed and the only flavor that looked slightly good on the menu was out. Menchie's is better. Period.

I love the tart yogurt, but I think I'm done coming here. On my last visit, they were not busy at all. I was the only customer. I came in, and two employees walked out from the back. The front door had finger smudges all over it, and the froyo machines had splatters on the front. It just doesn't take much to wipe things down when you don't have customers. It makes me wonder about cleanliness in general.
They have a menu with a variety of options. It is not self served. I thought it was neat they offer something you can give to your pup.

They close at 9 on Fridays, I came here just now at 8:30 pm and the employee told me that their whirler machine (to make the smoothies) was broken, but it was evident that they were cleaning up for the night and just didn’t want to clean it again. There were no trash bags left for me to throw my sample away in. When I got my item she just sat it down on the counter without a lid or anything. I felt like they just wanted me gone even though they don’t close for another 30 minutes….

my friend and I wanted some yogurt after book shopping and my friend spent nearly 14 dollars on what I can only describe as the worst yogurt I’ve ever had in my life. Only leaving 2 stars bc the service was good. The employee was really nice but the yogurt was, honestly, CRIMINAL. 0/10, will never go to any location of this chain AGAIN.

Bathroom is atrocious. Smells so bad, floor is sticky and dirty, not stocked with paper towels, mirrors are dirty, and toilet is dirt inside out top and bottom.
