I'd been to Menchie's before and I mixed this yogurt place up with that one. I will never go back to a Yagoot. I tried eating a few bites, but I just couldn't handle how tangy and unpleasant it tasted. It was awful. The flavors and toppings are more limited than Menchies as well, its far more simple. I wish they didn't use a similar appearance to Menchies while delivering a poorer experience.

I’ve had frozen yogurt before, but nothing like this. It genuinely tasted like spoiled milk and that it had been sitting outside for 30 days and then was refrozen. I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to taste, but ive never had frozen yogurt taste this bad to where i had to spit it out.

The service is terrible! Every time I go it's worse. Today I placed my order through the DoorDash, the guy who attended was very rude. Too bad that having a product that is very good they have employees who don't know how to treat the customers

Very Dissappointed. The last two times I’ve been to this location, the employees were incredibly rude. Workers are always in the back and seem irritated when they have to wait on customers. Came in an hour before closing, they already had chairs put up, I asked if it was ok if we sat down since they were open for another hour and the guy seemed aggravated. $8 for a small yogurt and you’re made to feel like a nuisance. No thank you.
So sad to see how sad the store persons are. Felt bad for them.
Also, regular flavor yogurt is tooo sour, not sure if it is how it supposed to be OR it is expires.

Love Yagoot! This is REAL frozen yogurt, tart and delicious. My only complaint is that pistachio is a seasonal flavor and only available certain months. ?
