I love the tart yogurt, but I think I'm done coming here. On my last visit, they were not busy at all. I was the only customer. I came in, and two employees walked out from the back. The front door had finger smudges all over it, and the froyo machines had splatters on the front. It just doesn't take much to wipe things down when you don't have customers. It makes me wonder about cleanliness in general.

They close at 9 on Fridays, I came here just now at 8:30 pm and the employee told me that their whirler machine (to make the smoothies) was broken, but it was evident that they were cleaning up for the night and just didn’t want to clean it again. There were no trash bags left for me to throw my sample away in. When I got my item she just sat it down on the counter without a lid or anything. I felt like they just wanted me gone even though they don’t close for another 30 minutes….

my friend and I wanted some yogurt after book shopping and my friend spent nearly 14 dollars on what I can only describe as the worst yogurt I’ve ever had in my life. Only leaving 2 stars bc the service was good. The employee was really nice but the yogurt was, honestly, CRIMINAL. 0/10, will never go to any location of this chain AGAIN.

Bathroom is atrocious. Smells so bad, floor is sticky and dirty, not stocked with paper towels, mirrors are dirty, and toilet is dirt inside out top and bottom.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the frozen yogurt.

I'm sorry but I got a strawberry yogurt that had already watered down when I got back in the car. It cost me $10 and it went in the trash. I thought it would have really strawberries but it did not. They put fruit on top and that's all I ate

I came to get some yagoot and my girlfriend had to use the restroom so bad. The two girls working were very rude and adamant that we had to buy something in order to use the restroom. I understand the paying customers rule but the service and delivery made it a sour experience.
Perfect place to stop by if you're craving a frozen treat but are trying to be eating a bit better!My fiancé and I popped in today and we decided to split a small black raspberry and it was delicious. Definitely more of a tart treat but it has the consistency that you'd hope for with a frozen dessert (?). You order out the counter and they will add any toppings to it that you'd like compared to somewhere like Menchie's where you do it yourself. It will definitely be on my rotation if I want a refreshing treat but I would probably consider it if I'm in the mood for something like a smoothie compared to it being a true ice cream alternative. Glad I came and would recommend!

Girls working were nice, i sampled the pistachio and coconut. June flavors pineapple coconut, mango and pistachio. I wish you could mix any of the two flavors together like a swirl. Bathroom could use some attention, not the cleanest.

Just head over to Menchie's. The taste is so much better, it's CHEAPER, more options for flavors/toppings, and you can control all of your portions. We paid $15 for 2 cups of Yagoot, immediately went over to Menchie's and paid $5 for one cup and better toppings than Yagoot. Sorry, no hate. I definitely learned my lesson :(
