I don't understand this location. It always takes unusually long in the drive thru and twice now I didn't receive everything I ordered and had to park and go into the building to get it. The workers are nice enough and the food still tastes as expected, but they don't seem to have any urgency or care for customer satisfaction.

I couldn't decide where I wanted to eat tonight so I ended up at Arby's... I used the $6 coupon for the roast beef meal, I had them make it a deluxe with leaf lettuce tomato and mayonnaise!! That was like the BEST sandwich I have ever gotten at Arby's.. it was so delicious and I made sure to give props to the sandwich maker. Thank you for the wonderful experience!! The evening sun coming through the window was a beautiful bonus!!! ??

Food Service was Quick and Easy. I am HOPEFUL that POTATO CAKES will stay on the Menu. Time will tell. Big Thing for Me ... My Sandwich and Potatoe were HOT! Thanks, Guys for another Great Experience at ARBY'S! GOD BLESS!
