I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."

Good food, decent wait time, but waitresses were very obnoxious and loud. Also, the temperature was way too cold!!
Update : food has been amazing both times I went in the last 2 weeks. Good waitressess. Very cold inside, and pretty loud. Service was fast and reliable. First trip back the server even remade my food when I didnt like a topping on it, was very thoughtful.
