Credit Card fraud, is happening here. Worker took a picture of my card and tried to use it 20 minutes later. I was alerted that someone tired to make a $428.93 purchase online at Lowes. You card only do this if you have a persons security code on the card. I only used the card at Little Caesars that day. Thank God for security alerts on my phone. Protect your credit cards when dealing with them.

I order a Detroit style deep dish 3 meat and only got pepperoni...The Zesty cheese bread was amazing!

People were standing in the drive thru talking to the workers so we couldn't pull up to get our order. Once we did and got back home with it, we noticed a pizza was missing. We attempted to call back up to let them know of the mistake, but couldn't get through; the line kept ringing off the hook. I called back 6 times with no luck. Finally, my husband drove back up to let them know we were missing a pizza, but they said we were lying and out of luck; if we wanted a replacement pizza, we'd have to order another one. We had already spent $40 on pizza and just wanted them to make right. This used to be our "go to" pizza place for our (multiple) kids' birthday parties, but we will never place another order at this location again.

Get your crap together. Placed a phone order and was told 30-45 minute wait. No one came to the counter when I got there. Then i find out it still isn't even ready. Been waiting for over 30 minutes now. This place needs shut down. Hire some people that know what the hell they are doing. Rude people, filthy. Done with this place. Massillon team IS NOT crushing it!!!

Worse service ever waited almost an 1hr for 2 pizzas and when I finally got them they were cold
5 pm on a Sunday and was that it would be 20 min for ANY pizza. Excuse me? I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be hot and ready? 0 stars Massillon. 0 stars.
