Great place, great food

Ate here today. Food was ok. Service was horrible and rude. If you need a third refill of chips for a table of 7 who ordered 3 cheese sauces and the salsa, you have to pay for them.

The street tacos are delish!

Both of us were sick for 2 days. The food was terrible, bland. The service was very bad. We could never recommend nor ever go back.

We have been coming there for years and it has always been one of our favorite places until the last six months. Our last 5-6 visits we have had terrible service with last night probably being the last draw. We came in- got seated promptly. It was dinner time but they were not very busy. It took 15 minutes for Victor to address us and take a drink order. It took another 10 minutes to bring out the drinks ( for 3 people and a baby) and it was water and soda. Finally he took our order. We sat and watched people eat who had come in after us. He finally came back to the table to say he lost our order and would retake it. At this point, we had already been there for 45 minutes. Eventually we get the food for two of us and the third person receives theirs after the other two are finished. On top of that, the fajitas had no seasoning- completely bland and taste old. When he finally appears with our checks he tells us he gave us some money off because of the wait. He literally took $5 off total- split between the 3 checks. We didn’t want anything for free but the
big deal he made about doing this was a joke and very insulting. As a side note, he has been the server we have had the last several times. We can’t recall having issues when be served by anyone else there. We get that people make mistakes but don’t make the customers feel like they are the problem.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to our favorite Mexican restaurant when we happened by Margaritas here. We decided to take a chance and try it.

Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! The portions are mucho grande! The prices are perfect. They have e everything.

We loved it and now have a new favorite spot!

Margarita's Mexican Grill & Cantina was a great pick for dinner tonight. The employees were friendly and nice and I really enjoyed the scenery and the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was delicious. Located in Massillon, Ohio.

Food was overpriced and mine lukewarm to cold at best Waiter added 25% gratuity without asking first. No signs staying this policy. Disappointed.
