I ordered the ribs, pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, and a Cheerwine, and everything was delicious.

The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the pulled pork was juicy and well seasoned. The coleslaw was fresh and balanced, and the baked beans had the perfect sweet and smoky taste. Washing it all down with a cold Cheerwine was the perfect touch.

Portion sizes were generous, the food was hot and fresh, and the overall quality was excellent. If you’re craving real, flavorful BBQ, this place is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be back for sure!

I ordered a $32 two-meat platter from Old Carolina Barbeque on DoorDash. Thirty. Two. American. Dollars.

When I opened the bag, I immediately knew something was wrong. The meats were there… but the Piedmont #5 barbecue sauce was not. Just gone. Vanished. Like it never mattered.

I was forced into an undignified corner and had to use Sweet Baby Ray’s—a sauce meant for children’s birthday parties and suburban coping mechanisms. Not premium barbecue. Not this moment.

Eating smoked meat without Piedmont #5 is like watching a movie without sound. Like fries without salt. Like a sermon without guilt. The food sat there, dry and confused, wondering what it did to deserve this fate.

For $32, I expected barbecue. What I got was a reminder that true suffering comes in small plastic sauce cups

Everything tasted amazing as always. Tried the hot dogs for the first time and other than them tasting amazing what I liked most is the toppings that went on the hot dog that might have made the Buns soggy were put on the side so we could add it at home. I think that is a great thing!

The ribs were juicy, the wings were meaty and the pulled pork was tender and everything was delicious. I always get the beans and have recently discovered how good the roasted corn is.

They make some damn good BBQ. Mears got a nice smoke flavor but not over powering and are so tender. The mac and cheese is creamy and cheesey. The baked beans got a tasty cumin bbq flavor. Staff were friendly. Inside was clean and laid out nice. There's 5 eat-in tables. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices. Overall everything was a hit. I would highly recommend!

Everything is always so hot, fresh, meat is tender and it's all done quickly. I've never had a bad meal at Old Carolina and it's always filling and delicious! The ONLY complaint I would have is that you can't get double chicken tenders in the 2 meat platter.
