Everyone was so nice. My order was made quickly and correctly. The store is spotless.I can’t wait to be back! I absolutely love the team photos and the community spirit.
Staff is always friendly they check on you while your eating your meal. Always say have a good day when going out the door. Food is awesome and made to order. Fresh cut fries are really good
I eat penn station daily. It’s one of my favorite go-to lunch spots. The chicken teriyaki sandwich is my favorite. The chef “james” makes the best sandwiches! I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food is delicious, always fresh, and staff are incredible as always! Will definitely be back!

This is the worst penn station I have been too. It is run horribly. Customers in store are the last priority . If you want to cater to online orders then you should do that instead of having a crew try to do both because they clearly are not capable of handling 2 things. Other penn stations I have been to have great food and great service. Looks like it needs a different manager and more training on how to multi task and how to prioritize hot food to in store customers. This is the Massillon Ohio store.

Ordered at the new Massillon location. Staff was super friendly, store looked amazing, the food was cooked fresh and DELICIOUS!! By far the best location I have ever been to! I ordered the steak and cheese with mushrooms and mayo.
Love their subs but the Tuslaw Mustang has to go. This is tiger country!

The store manager(James) here was the best boss I ever had and that was some 25 years ago. As usual supportive, calm and kind to his staff while I was there.
