I placed an order through the app for a large tavern size pizza & a brownie. My husband picked up the order only to find out later that they gave us a cookie instead. I called & was put on hold for over 16 minutes. I hung up & called back only to find out that Pizza Hut starts out by routing you to a call center. Denied service. You should just go out of business. Never again will I ever eat here.
ordered two my hut boxes. one for girlfriend one for myself. hers was missing the toppings as well as skimped on her wings. mine was also missing all toppings as well as the wrong sauce. I also only got 3 wings On top of entirely missing the Parmesan cheese shaker I paid for. when calling the store to correct it I was hung up on initially. when calling back I was forwarded to a call center, when I asked to be transferred to the store i was put on hold for over 10 minutes ironically...read full review
