Typically I generally enjoy Wendy foodBut this one really isn't about the food it was the service .. we ordered on line I live about 5 minutes away so my husband got the confermation email on his phone so off I went to pick it up granite they was pretty busy that day so I patiently waited my turn to pick up our order which I was told repeatedly by some young man that there was no order for that name ,number, email etc... I couldn't argue cause I didn't have the confirmation number...read full review

Why do the fountain drinks from the drive-thru always taste bad? It’s like they’re always short on syrup. If I get a fountain drink inside the store, it tastes fine. Might want to check your equipment. I’m going to go to a different Wendy’s from now on.
