Starbucks in Massillon

“They're always very friendly and the drive thru is pretty fast. I've been inside a couple of times and it was slower and felt a little off. Maybe since it seems must of their business is drive thru, they focus on that? However, while waiting inside I've had fun conversations with them so not a bad experience... Just different. My husband tells me this is the best one for frappuccinos because they always put the caramel crunchies in the bottom, too. ?“

“Only a drive through restaurant. Not familiar with product. Staff were nice and patient when describing different coffees. Delicious coffee with hazelnut and cream. Oh it was so good! I will be back. Thank you Starbucks for the free coffee for Veterans Day. You now have a new customer.“
