Subway in Massillon

“My family meets every Friday for our sandwich, we walk in door they get our bread out and know by heart what goes on our special samich, staff amazing, super friendly,clean restrooms and service area and sometimes we stay at least 2-3 hours catching up with no problems from staff“

“I walked in literally just a few minutes before they were about to close, and asked the young man working if I bought a cookie or something would be possibly be able to sell me a few pickles?! (I know, I know SUPER random, but hey, I am currently pregnant, and was craving some pickles!). I had stopped at three other places, with subway being my last hope! The first two places were closed and the third place (McDonald’s) tole me no they wouldn’t sell me any! This young man was SO nice; he just gave me a little cup of pickles and didn’t even charge me, or make me buy anything! I frequent this location pretty often since l live only a few streets away; and normally when you walk in the door anywhere just a few minutes before closing, the workers are not exactly thrilled! But he was so friendly and nice! I really appreciated the kind gesture, and my pregnancy craving was satisfied!! :)“

“I was visiting out of town and I stopped by this subway for lunch. My goodness it was the BEST sandwich I’ve had. Props to the sandwich artists and a big thank you to Miss Brandy Lynn for providing excellent food and wonderful customer service! I’ll definitely be back again whenever I visit through there“
