“I would have to say this location was a decent subway to visit and dine in. The staff working was nice and fast paced in getting customers orders made and rang up as well as paying attention to details. We showed up here around 1210 for lunch. Dine in was welcomed. And the area was clean. Made lunch that more enjoyable to eat and sit for a bit while there. Also felt the items available for our sandwich choices were fresh. And all soda options were available and not watered down. The only area I did not visit was the restroom. If you like subway here is a good location to get it from“
“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“
“I usually don’t rate chain restaurants but this subway stands out from most. Firstly all the ingredients were fresh and very neat, it didn’t give you that sat out for hours vibe. Both workers I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, this was hands down the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in.“

He was super personable and made me laugh- important in the service industry where right now people are overworked/understaffed & come off as rude. Tom worked quickly and the sub was still top tier. The store was busy and he was handling it all smoothly. Will return when I’m craving subway.“
“Something terribly wrong happens to us every time we go here but to no fault of the establishment. I will not remove a star from my review as I, at this time, cannot prove that it is cursed. But be warned! The sandwiches are great, however. Every time we visit the same guy is there and he's always super chill and friendly, even if I'm a bit of a jerk and come in for a sandwich at 8PM because I'm a weirdo. “Definitely one of the nicer Subways, located in Springfield by Giant Eagle! Staff is nice, sandwiches always made decent and not slopped together which is an issue I've had at other locations. Was kinda bummed to see the Diet Dr. Pepper taken out of the fountain drink machine though, it was my favorite. But all in all, I'd drive out of my way to go to this one.“
“A nice location that was recently redone on the inside, making it really nice compared to other restaurants around the area. Great sandwich offerings, though I wish more vegetarian options were available such as the veggie patty that some other random Subway locations seem to have. Items are fresh and prices are decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but it always has been professional.Parking: Plenty of parking is available. Possibly 20 spots or so total.“

“I drive past 3 other subways on my way to the daycare and this is by far the friendliest of them. It's a little alarming just how perfectly consistent the fresh food is, no matter what time of year or which store you go to. I love the manager and her choice of employees that seem to have stripper names, without actually being strippers. The subways in Manchester state park, Hanna Parkway, and Lowes could all stand to take cues from this store. When all your locations have the exact same menu, People make all the difference!“

“I drove to 3 different subways before coming to this one because it was the only one that didn’t have the doors locked. There was one girl working who was clearly distressed and when a lady asked “did somebody call off” I guess that was the straw that broke the camels back. She immediately began to go off about everything. She said that 2 people had quit, 2 called off today so she was covering and nothing was prepped. So not only was she the only one there but when she ran out of something she would have to step off for probably 15 minutes at a time to prep something. I work in fast food as well and have been there so I feel for her. Overworked and underpaid.“
“On 09/13/22 at 9:01am a woman served us our sandwchiches and they were made very well! I worked here years ago and whoever it was that made them did an amazing job. It's hard to please a past employee, were all so picky about our sandwiches but they definitely hit the spot!“

“I like many don’t find myself at subway nearly as often as I did pre-5 dollar foot long. The sandwich that I ate today was a much improved quality over the $5 phase, but it was many times more expensive. The roast beef ability tasted like a quality lunch meat. I would do it again. 1 ding on the service because the man working cashier left me standing at the cash register unattended while he went back to wash dishes.“
