Subway is a popular sandwich chain, but the experiences of customers have been mixed. While some have enjoyed the fairly good sandwiches, others have found issues with the freshness of the ingredients, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the training of the staff. The service has been described as both nice and lacking, with the store's management changes contributing to a decline in quality. Despite these challenges, Subway remains a kid-friendly option with a dedicated children's menu.
