I don’t go often to Starbucks but when I do it is normally the Fairlawn (this) location as it is the most convenient. The food and drinks are always great but what is very uncomfortable is the person at the drive through taking my card to pay when they hand us the terminal to ask for a tip. This has not happen every time. My card disappears from my sight and then they tap to pay for my order. Even if I show them I just bought Starbucks elsewhere but forgot to get a water, so came through here they say no, but at my local Starbucks they dont care because they know I come through 2 to 3 times a day sometimes and even get them christmas gifts each year. Half the staff at this location isnt very friendly and their coffee isnt as good and it's way to busy here. I hate when my friends want to use this specific Starbucks to meet up.
