Stopped in at 2pm. Not busy. Only 1 couple ahead of us. Both employees were helping them. the employee in front of us never acknowledged us and stood there doing NOTHING while the sandwich was toasting. EVERY Subway I've been to multi-tasks or at least greets us. Turned around and walked out.

I have been here 3 times in the past month and a half and after my last experience I will definitely never be back. Staff is not friendly in anyway, sandwiches barely have any toppings at all even if you ask for extra, lettuce is always brown. This last experience really did it in for me. Charged me for the sub before even done making it, toasted both without asking, little to no toppings wouldn't listen to a word I said but had to ask me 3 times what cheese I wanted. Got to the end to find out they didn't even have the correct sauce so I had to go to the store to get some. very disappointed. This location needs help not only with their food but also their staff it is clearly not managed well.

Came in at 2pm on Friday 4/5/24. Was met by a non-enthusiastic employee...that's okay, I get it. What gets my loss in business is when she put four pickles on my footlong......then charged me extra for the ton she dumped on when I politely asked for "a few more than that". Come on lol. I even left her a 10% tip....then I spilled some coke and even cleaned up the floor. I can tell when someone is having a rough day, but yo, light oil/vinegar is not 5 passes back and forth up the sandwich. Next time I come in, can I just throw gloves on and do it myself? Honestly, I should've just ate at home. Bummed, but I hope that lady is doing alright, what a grumpy day she's having.

I have gone here before work several times and have been ignored by the same server on both occasions she has been very rude,no hi how are you just hey tell me what you want, no have a good day she seems like she rather be doing anything else and makes me the customer feel like I'm bothering her for coming in. I do my best to be polite ask how my server is doing say please and thankyou but didnt feel this was reciprocated. Will be going to another subway or sandwich shop from now on.

The lady who made our sandwiches was very nice. But she was literally just slopping and gooping stuff on. I opened them immediately as soon as we got to the car and they were already soggy, half the toppings were stuck to the soggy paper that she cut thru. It was nearly impossible to eat it. On top of that her super long braid was flinging all over and nearly brushed the sandwiches a zillion times as she was making them. The store was quite dirty. The whole experience was incredibly unappetizing.

It's subway. Need I say more? The only thing that could have been better was the food, could have been more fresh. Not to mention I'm pretty sure subway has a shortage of workers. But the person who prepared our food was so nice.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu items.
