I ordered my tacos without cheese and every one of mine has cheese on it... looks like they spilled it in the tomatoes and just continued serving it. I have a severe dairy allergy so it's not like I can still eat it. This is so frustrating. I understand that it's fast food and it's busy at times, but this cross contamination is absolutely insane.

Ordered a make your own luxe box with chips and cheese as my side, chips had 2 dead flies inside the bag and when I called i was told nothing could be done about my order and that I just had to eat the charge. Crew was rude to me at the window and over the phone, music blasting thru the building and not a glove in sight. Will not be back

Too cold inside and no filling although I asked if it was a normal amount to the double flat bread chicken cheese at 2.79. Double cheese beef burrito is 3 times as much filling as the chicken flat bread.

I've ordered here before and had a issue figured maybe it was a off day gave them another shot today and only to be missing half my order and have nothing but rude attitude. Its disappointing especially after I flew all day to come home and need something to eat only to be let down. Guess thats what I get for giving someone another chance never again thats for sure.

Added A.I. ordering on their speakers for drive-thru. Never going back, it is atrocious
Just left this location and order two 10 pc nuggets. They gave me 15 nuggets and actually ripped up some of the nuggets to make “more” which still didn’t make it equal to 10. I don’t appreciate this considering the meal was nearly $20, if I had the time I’d go back and have it remade. Im pregnant and now can’t spilt my meal like I expected to. Stop playing with people food. Highly disappointed.
