Absolutely terrible customer service everyone seems to always have an attitude like we get it you hate your job but don’t take it out on everyone else that’s very unprofessional and to top it all off it doesn’t matter what time I get food from here they always have a line wrapped around the building and take almost 20mins per car idk what happend or if there’s new management but the place has really gone down hill

wish i could give no starts but the service was terrible, food was cold cheese wasn’t melted all the way and was clumpy didn’t fill my cup with sauce all the way and messed up my order by having it spilled all over the inside of the back. never servicing them again.

No one will knowledge that you’re waiting to be helped at the front registers. They want you to order off a kiosk, or go Thur drive thru if you don’t then no service.

Service was fast and friendly and the food was good and satisfying.
This has 2 be the cleanest taco bell restaurant I ate at in a long time. I visited the Belden village n North Canton restaurant n they were absolutely filthy n dirty 4 being a establishment restaurant. I notified the restaurant manager about cleaning off a table so we could sit down n eat. Both so called manager could care less about cleaning a table off 4 me n my quest. I had to ask my quest 4 some purell sanitizer 2 clean table off . The Belden village manager never sent anybody 2 clean the tables off. I told him I would never eat in this establishment ever again. He acted like he could care less. At least the north canton manager sent out someone to clean the tables off after seeing me using sanitizer on the table. With germs n viruses so easy to catch u think any manager with common sense would make the establishment clean n save to eat at there restaurant. The manager should be thankful that I'm not in restaurant management because I would have fired them on the spot. There no excuse for being that lazy n shouldn't have that position of authority.

Unfortunately I had an awful experience at this location. I waited in line for the drive through for 20 minutes (supposedly they had a $100 order) which they should've asked the person to pull around and park instead of holding everyone up in line. Once I finally got my food it was colder than a block of ice. I parked and went inside to ask for new food to which I waited another 10 minutes for anyone inside to even help me. -mind you I was standing inside with a Taco Bell bag. Once they finally asked me what I needed (the assumed) manager on duty told me it would be a few more minutes because they were busy so yet still serving people who were BEHIND me. Spent a total of 40 minutes at this Taco Bell for 2 soft tacos and chips n cheese. ??????
Didn’t get the correct sauces with the box that had special sauces to come with so got all the way home and called and the girl was very rude and told me she knows she put them in the box which was a lie. Do your job!!! It’s not that hard you work at a fast food place how hard can it be! So disrespectful laughing at me when talking to her. No one wants to get all the way home and be missing something. Just do your job people!!
