This place is horrible. One of the worst tacos bells I ever been too. First it's not hard to put sauces in the bag.. you have 50 different types of sauce and can't ever remember them. Food is never hot not even warm . And then they will take the phone off the hook so you can't even call to complain. The overnight crew is a absolute joke!!! Im a manager at a fast food place and I would never let my employees conduct themselves the way these employees do and would never sell this crap food to anyone. Not to mention 6 chips in my bag and not even half of containers of cheese. Working fast food is not that Difficult...

window designed and made specifically for delivery drivers late at night yet I’m told that I have to go in the drive-through because there’s a new employee? Makes absolutely no sense completely illogical and inefficient process not good for business for either the store the driver or the customer.

The automated ordering is absolutely horrible. How do you get steak out of chicken? The employees are rude. Every time I come here I am missing something out of my order no matter how big or small it is. It’s always something with this place.

Food was cold, un-melted, and thrown together. I had to re-build my entire order myself to make it edible since It was spilled all over the bag. Nothing was cooked in the slightest, or built right. My cheesy roll-up wasn’t rolled, or cheesy, it was just tortilla, that made me sad. I come here often and usually don’t have issues but this has happened a few times recently.

I NEVER write reviews, but what just happened to me was insane and unacceptable. I placed an online order about 10 minutes ahead of time, arrived to this location to pick up the order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not only that but they were out of 3 (main) ingredients to make the food so substitutions had to be made, they almost forgot 2 of our drinks until I reminded them, and there was an entire build your own box missing from my order. Everything was hard as a rock, cold, and unappetizing. I could hear employees inside messing around as I waited the 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I will never, EVER be taking my business here again.

Missing food items, sauce container not even halfway full, insulting. 1/2 items ordered were cold, which was nice considering I only received one of my items! 10+ minute wait time while being only person at store. I would never recommend this store, just go to the Wales location down the street. The employees there are so much nicer and actually know how to do their jobs.

We always order the same thing group pack with 4 tacos and 4 burritos with 2 medium nacho fries. We were in October 1st. Everything we ordered was cold there's wasn't anything that didn't needed to be heated up. The only reason I'm writing this now is because I believe Management who helped serve us cold food should have some repercussions here. Brandon the manager on duty served several orders wrong. You're lucky people didn't get ugly with you. We have decided there's absolutely nothing this place can do. When you service sucks to no end. We are no longer going to support this Taco Bell. It's really a shame that you and the rest of your crew don't show any pride whatsoever.

Need to drug test your workers..everytime I go there everyone is out smoking pot at the dumpsters.. I'll start ordering and see them run in and say give me a sec...and smell it coming off them as they run by my car very disappointed this is a nice town...do what ya want at home but kids all over this town see you....The guy had dark hair long and I have his plate number....if you drug test your employee you will see I'm telling the truth....u cam back later that night and seen him almost wreck a the way home if somthing serious isn't done I will reach out to anyone I can there a community page I havnt spread it on there but they go smoke in the dampers and before they come to work....my kids were in the car and had to smell that....I wouldn't care if he just did it at home or whatever but looks very unprofessional on tacobell...especially if he wrecks leaving or gets seriously hurt... I'm going to try to get his name..but he drives a silver Toyota camere and parks right by the front door tag...kra9751...store number21275 It's in massillon ohio on lincoln way...I'm going to media with this next reached out to corporate and they havnt dome anything what a joke somone could get killed or hurt and they won't care till to late
