Drive thru forgets, Plasticware napkins and sauce on occasion and skimps on your guacamole and sour cream ect if you order a side of it. Didn’t receive one napkin either. Wasn’t even busy that time of night. Wasn’t too happy. A lot of times the chili cheese burrito is ice cold and the shredded cheese isn’t even melted, the Tortilla it’s wrapped in is ice cold as well. Just unappetizing. Pintos and cheese is also cold at times.
I have never been to a taco bell as good as this one. The service is fast, the food is good, the servers are friendly, and if you make modifications to your order they actually follow it.

Nothing against any employees I'm sure they're just doing their job. But cmon Taco Bell admit it I don't kno what you've done but the quality of ur food just down right sucks anymore and come on almost 3 dollars for 1 supreme tacos sour cream I can buy a whole container of it for what I charge for a taco. It wasn't even temp hot when I got it. Very disappointed yougonna charge high prices it should at least be serve safe temps.. shouldn't it??!?
