Drive thru forgets, plasticware,napkins and even sauce on occasion and always skimps on your guacamole and sour cream ect- if you order it on the side. Didn’t receive one napkin. Wasn’t even busy or I could understand. A lot of times the chili cheese burrito is cold and the shredded cheese inside isn’t even melted, the tortilla wrap even feels cold. Each of these things has happened more than once. 🤨
I first walked in at first glance I noticed that it wasn’t a modern updated store I love when I come across non modern stores it reminds me of my childhood, the cleanliness of this Taco Bell was so good I usually don’t find clean restrooms in restaurants, the lobby looked nice and had a lovely older couple enjoying their food, the food was hands down amazing!! 😝 thank you Erie street Taco Bell !! Give your employees a raise

Taco Bell is a convenient option with late hours and a variety of vegetarian options. While some customers have experienced issues with drive-thru orders, such as missing items and cold food, others have had positive experiences with fast service, good food, and friendly servers who accurately follow order modifications. Service has always been rough with younger employees constantly on their phones and not caring. Orders have been missing things and the workers can be rude and unprofessional. The food is usually alright and there always seems to be one good employee working. Tables are often dirty.
