There is a chain that seems similar to Zane's (middle eastern food, not specifically Lebanese) that I thought this would be like but Zane's is much more flavorful with larger portions and more options. I hope they'll open places in Minnesota one day. Even if you're just passing though, it's worth the stop. Also, the Chai is a must! You haven't had one like it before.”

“We were in Ohio for a wedding and stopped here for dinner. There was a 45 minute wait but after a quick look inside, we decided that it was worth checking out. We were very glad we waited, the appetizers were incredible and the burgers were perfect. I love bourbon and was impressed at their selection. If we are ever back in Ohio, we will definitely be back.”

“After several of our acquaintances committed on the quality of the food (ie home cooking) at the Briarfield we thought we give it a try! Arrived around noon, and place was almost full. Pleasant atmosphere, clean and sanitary. Menu had an extremely large selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Next time I’ll capture and post menu. They had specials posted (ss pictures). We had bacon, eggs, toast and home fries and a Farmers Omelet with hash browns. Both were excellent , note farmers omelet comes with sausage gravy mine was pictured without. Scrumptious food and pleasant wait staff, conveniently located on Briarfield Blvd near I-475.”

“My husband and I have a list of places we want to try and a few weekends ago this place got its turn! We sat at a table by the window across from the bar. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Everything on the menu looked amazing, and I wanted to try it all. (So, we will definitely be back!) The coleslaw was AMAZING! I ended up getting a burger with cheese and mushrooms, and it was a top 10 burger. Perfectly done and just the right size. They did a great job with making several old-fashioneds and the atmosphere was fun.”

“We ate at the Don Juan Mexican Bar & Grill - Maumee, 551 W Dussel Dr, Maumee, OH 43537 and had the best service I have had in a long time. Gina, our waitress, was very nice and offered to let me use her nail glue because my sandal broke. She helped me pick an amazing drink and made sure our party was happy with everything we got. It is nice to see people actually care about the people they are serving and not just the pay check they are getting. We will definitely be going back and hopefully Gina will be there with here bright smile!”

“Yummy! 😋 You’ve got to check out this cute little ice cream shop at the shops at Fallen Timbers in Maumee. It is so delicious! I had a Heath bar flurry and it was amazing!! I will definitely be going back there for more yummy deliciousness! ❤️🍦🍨 I forgot to mention…they are open all year. Not many ice cream shops can say that. Go check them out! You won’t be disappointed.”

“Stopped in after a movie...first time for us. We are not wine drinkers, happy to see other drinks on the menu. We loved our seat by the fireplace, love the heavy duty tables and chairs.

It was clean and we were greeted. Our server was Hanah-she delivered a great experience. The french onion soup was very tasty and my husband got the burger. Everything was excellent. Thank you.”

There ovens went down and they were really behind. She was slammed trying to get orders out but still noticed how long we were waiting. I want to recognize the manager, the store and the employees for doing such a great job.”

This store is well worth the visit even though the city of Maumee made access to the store a PIA if your coming from Toledo. I highly recommend you give it a try.”

The store called to let me know my order was finished and kept it in a thermal bag till I arrived.

“Food truck came to Eats on the Streets in Kenton, Ohio, on July 19th, 2025. My nephew had never tried macaroons, and boy, was he hooked! Great flavors to choose from! We both had a blueberry/lemonade 1, and I also got a smores brownie that's delicious 😋 Great service and lovely presentation.”

“We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn't have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.”

“I was so excited to get a chicken fajita salad. I ordered it to go and I brought it back to my hotel and I opened it up and there’s no lettuce. How is this a salad?”

He gave her some free donuts and to call to get a refund. He didn’t have to do any of that. And this is why I’m never mad or mean to retail employees cause it is not their fault on what’s on the app when ordering. Please be nice this season to the people who are doing you a favor on working on a holiday.”

“Went in close to close and it was very busy. The staff was friendly while apparently overwhelmed treated everyone great and in a prompt manner. Unfortunately there were multiple rude and out of line customers going as far as threatening to call corporate on these kids for simply doing their job to the best of their ability. They handled the situation with dignity and should be very proud of themselves. Your store is lucky to have them. This was my first time in and I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I didn’t eat there, but I work at the hotel next door! Two ladies heather and Zoey called to check on my safety at midnight I’m sure after a very long shift, there was an issue with a civilian in the parking lot we share. I’m not a fan of Applebees but I will be going just for heather and Zoey! Love the girl power!”
