Great American Cookies offers exceptional customer service. They understand that accidents can happen and made a new Pink Dancer birthday cake for a customer's daughter after it was damaged by a dog. However, the cake's appearance and quality have been criticized, with some customers feeling it looks like a child decorated it and not justifying the $61 price tag.
