Just left this burger-king today and the employees as well as the manager is up there stealing money. Went the drive thru and got overcharged for a different transaction amount then the original total, only for the employee to play like they ran outta receipt paper. Requested a receipt and got a receipt with a different time date this place needs to be shutdown and reported.
The absolute WORST Burger King
location in the Cleveland area.
Staff (including managers) are lazy, slow and rude.
Visited store today (8/4/2022, ca. 4:00 PM) for the “12.99 (coupon) Family Bundle” promotion and was charged $14.03, despite I said clearly “To go!” I brought this to the attention to the (some “savant” hot-shot) BK General Manager on the premises. He said, “There are taxes on takeout foods now…we are owned by some new corporations…I only can refund you about .45 (as I coughed B#LLSHIT).” Pah-lease!
