“The pizza’s we got was burnt on the bottom. The donuts were good but definitely not like they used too! Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“

“I love my Dunkin Donuts here in Solon ! ❤️ they are all so amazing they remember my order every morning I come in and have it ready with little no wait 🥺🥲💕 I came in today in a long line and they noticed me! By the time I got to the counter they had my order in the register with my favorite donut in hand 🥰 they are all so amazing and they all made my Friday morning so awesome! “I went to this location after being completely unsatisfied with their customer service & atmosphere. I went through the drive thru and the employee was so patient and also very personable atmosphere!!!! If I could give a 10 I would!!! Great establishment and employees 👏 👌 👍“

“Love love love this location!!! Not even the closest to me, but I make The drive to get this location! Staff is soo friendly, respectful, and professional. They make my drinks accurate and consistent every time…which is the hardest thing to achieve with coffee places. I also Love how this location has baskin Robbins. Super yum!“

“The workers at this Dunkin location were especially helpful and wanted to please their customers. This is refreshing, considering some of the other Dunkin locations have nasty employees and low-quality food. They even gave recommendations when we were sure what to order. Would stop here again!“

“A coffee shop you know will be open. You can order ahead via the app and know you can pick up your order. The coffee or food you order is ready fast. I like the coffee drinks. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Prices are okay. But the convience and good coffee I keep going.“
