The food was good, the service was really great, sometimes in getting take out, the service can be hit or miss! But in this case the folks were great! Highly recommend patronizing this location.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. We just moved to the area and decided to try Piada. We ordered delivery since we were in the middle of the move. The dasher brought me someone else's order. I was allergic to the food in that order so could not eat it or even bring into my apartment. Since I ordered thru the app I called the store to see about a refund/reorder. The lady who answered the phone went above and beyond!! I wish I could remember her name. I explained what happened....
