After sitting for 10 minutes at the drive in We found out the speaker was not working at our stall and had to call our order in on the telephone.When the order finally came the order was not correct with no straws for the soda and no condiments (ie no ketchup for the fries etc) The carhop made 3 trips before we finally got our straws....with the wrong bill. Long wait time,received poor packaging!ng,staff on phone. waited 40 min for uber order,this store is on Mayfield'no masks,unsatisfactory customer service, said customer had canceled order but it wasnt

Service was poor, food was not hot, and the food was apparently prepared with the same level of care that I was provided while placing my order, low. It didn't seemed as if they cared about my meal very much. I had one bite of my burger before I requested a full refund. They left the food with us, but I didn't eat one morsel more. Truthfully. I finished the shake, but not 1 more frie nor bite of the burger. They were swiftly put into trash.
