My waitress was very sweet. The restaurant was kind of dark. Maybe they are trying to give it a Pub atmosphere. The music was super loud and not real good in fact it was irritating. Not sure if I'll come back to this location. The food was delicious. I always have good food here it's just the atmosphere I wasn't comfortable with
Normally I would rate them a 5 but this time the service was horrible the waitress was fairly new and wasn't really able to handle here section of customers. I had to call the manager over to discuss my service, my drink or lack of an my food she was nice of to remake my drink and handle our meal free of charge for us being so patient and understanding about the waitress being new, I told her I get it we all had to start somewhere and jobs are hard to come by. The food was awesome and our waitress was also amazing. Food came out in a timely manner and served hot. Waitress was very attentive. I recommend mayfield location to all who wants good quality food and service.
