Alfredo's At the Inn Italian Restaurant

Alfredo's at the Inn has always been a favorite of mine. The food is consistently good and the service is attentive without being overbearing. The value is good. The veal parmagiano and the lasagna are favorites. Also, the spaghetti and meatballs are wonderful.

My wife and I have been here several times and have never been disappointed! Great service and great food always makes for a good time. We had a barrel both which was nice. Portions are generous and the selection of deserts is enough to add a few pounds! We have never had a not great meal and the service is always top notice! Thanks Alfredo

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. It was the day after Halloween but the manger and staff were dressed up. Which I fine however whoever was dressed as the “naughty” criminal with the striped dress... the dress was so inappropriate, we were uncomfortable. It took 20 minutes to get a drink order in. Another 15 to get our waters. Our food was “lost” and given to other people. It came another 25 minutes later. They didn't offer to take anything off our bill or a complimentary dessert. Which whatever, we just paid and left. When the food finally arrived it was okay at best. I am honestly floored by the good reviews. I'd you want good Italian and service there are at least two other places in the Mayfield Hts area that blows this out of the water.

We were looking for a place to eat that wasn't noisy, and we found it! Waitress was delightful and food was delicious.

This is our go to place for birthdays. We have always had a good experience previously. Our server was one of the worst we have had in a very long time. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. No reaction. She refused to allow us to get soup instead of salad, as we have done in the past. She finally gave one of us soup and proceeded to charge us extra for it, without bringing the salad that came with the meal, or mentioning we would be charged. She put a damper on our celebration and we will most likely find a new place to celebrate. On a positive note, the food was good as always. The host was friendly. The server cancelled all of the good out. Disappointed.

Third time there. Love their Italian food, especially the veal parmigiana. Many Italian restaurants don't serve it because veal is very expensive. I have always felt restaurants in hotels were just so so, but Alfredo's is definitely an exception. Highly recommend it.

My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here. That was 1998. They catered my daughters' graduation in 2018. The food is always delicious whether catered or in the restaurant. The service is always welcoming and professional. They really know what they're doing and they've been doing it for a long time.

Great food, great service and a wonderful experience for everyone that came as my guests. Morgan was our server and she rocked it the whole night making our experience fun! Brian the manager was very kind and passionate about the restaurant. We will be back!

We went for Happy Hour before the show. Sat at the bar. Great bartender--remembered we wanted no ice in our waters. Fried zucchini was delicious.

The service was outstanding the outdoor patio seating as well. Order the chicken parmigiana special which include an arugula salad with house made Italian dressing which was delicious. The special also came with wedding soup and the chicken parmigiani with spaghetti and spaghetti sauce. The spaghetti and sauce were good. The chicken parmigiana was overcooked and the thinnest piece of chicken I had ever seen. There was more breading on the chicken than there was chicken. Not a fan. Rolls and butter were also served with the salad.
