A great place to stop or pizza if you are in the McConnellsville area

Didn't eat because every table was dirty and full of partially ate food...took awhile for waiter to come out and wait on us and he wasn't friendly or welcoming at all

At Maxwells pizza and rooftop bar you will find yourself some great views of the river, cold beers, and some pretty good food. Their subs are pretty good, thier salads have cold meat in them with fresh looking vegetables and I'm not sure how the pizza is because I didn't try one. You over look also over looks a lower section that has a stage for an outside band or other entertainment. It would probably be a hopping place on a night like that. But definitely a place to stop and experience.

Can't rate the food... never got service. Horribly understaffed. Waited 20 min for the one and only server who couldn't do two floors at once. Left hungry.

The roof top patio is awesome!! A couple tables have hanging hammock chairs, there is bar seating looking onto the road, bar seating at the bar itself, as well as patio furniture seating!! The bartender/server was attentive, accommodating (especially with my weird request), and sweet!!
The food was pretty good!! The only thing I didn't care for is that the chicken on my salad was cold (I was later informed all protein on the salads as served cold, which wasn't stated on the menu unfortunately), but even cold the chicken was delicious!! Highly recommend and would go again!!

They charged me for a drink I didn't want.
The server we had for our four was god awful and needs to find a different job. You cant remember simple things.

Ordered delivery pizza arrived cold about an hour later. Asked them to remake it they call back 40 mins later stating they can't make anymore deliveries and offered to 'make it right' by refunding the whole thing and giving me half off next time. This sounded great until I was told it would be an additional half hour to make my food. Not impressed.

Our family ate here for the first time and we were really pleased with everything! I ordered the garlic parmesan traditional chicken wings. They were jumbo sized and delicious! Not overcooked and crispy! We also enjoyed a great view of the river from the rooftop and it was such a relaxing atmosphere!

Would not recommend! The waitress was ran ragged. The server sat and watched football and socialized. We only got half of our food and was asked if we were ready to cash out. I had to go to the bar to get our own drinks.Ordered a drink with Dr Pepper and was told afterwards that “yea we have been having problems with that” ok! Tell someone before they order it. Especially if Im not one to complain. Maybe we caught them on a bad night but dang. Then I specifically go for the monkey bread. Was told It was no longer available. I’m ok with that. But she said let me check. Came back and said they can make it and I end up getting garlic Parmesan bread. Very disappointed when we drove 45 just to go to. Sorry not sorry from one that never complains !

The cheesy bread and the soft pretzel sticks were so delicious and amazing the ranch dressing and the cheese sauce was delicious.

I be back again. Our server was friendly too.

Pizza is OK, nothing special...I recomend to not spend you money on an Italian Sub. Served with no lettuce and no tomato. Almost $10 for a six inch sub. Even Walmart sells a better sub.
