Ricardos Pizza and a Margherita Pizza. Both were top shelf pizzas. Ordered two different occasions and the Margherita is my preferred. Wood fired as a pizza should be, look at that char. Tangy sauce that doesn't run all over, cheese which tastes like it was made for this pizza and a chewy neopolitan crust. The Ricardos has more cheese with capicola and spicy sausage. This place is really good, it was a car dealership before. The spaghetti was the my dad ever had he said the sauce was really great. I had the the lasagna, it was really good also. Elvira was our waitress, she was great, very informative. Next time we visited Jessie Owen state park we will come here again
The food was amazing and Logan was a great waiter!

Ricardo's Italian Kitchen is really good. The spaghetti and lasagna are really good, with great sauce. The woodfired pizza and calzones are great, and the meatball appetizers are a bonus. The Caesar salad with salmon is delicious. The fettuccine is some of the best. The pizza is very Italian and a decent price. The staff is attentive, friendly, and informative. The atmosphere is great, and it is part of the Old Bridge Brewery with its good selection of brewed on-site quaffs.
