Update! The supervisor called me and she is investigating the incident. She was very kind. I will update it from a one star to a three star because of her and the man running the window last night. But other than that it was still a bad experience. Had the most horrible experience tonight after my daughter’s band concert. First off when we got to the screen to order we were not greeted, we were asked what do you want. I didn’t mind that too much because they were busy. We ordered 2 cheeseburger $5 meals with sweet and sour sauce and one large coke and one large sweet tea. Then we added on two extra large fries. We pulled around to the window and paid. The total was $14.13. We were not offered our receipt. We pulled up to get our food and the guy working the window tried to give me 4 drinks and I said that was the wrong order, we only ordered two drinks. He stopped confused and asked if it was the right food, I looked in the bag and said no. He took it back and tried to get it situated. We waited about five more minutes and they kept asking what we ordered. I was so confused and he was confused. He did amazingly. But the other worker, she was blonde, came up to the window with a receipt and tried to tell me that what was in that bag is what I ordered and I said no I did not. She had a whole lot of attitude like it was my fault this was going on. I was a manager and am now a supervisor and I would never treat a customer that way. I was so embarrassed and by the end I was upset. I just said give me my kids food that we ordered my husband and I can go without our large fries. We take the first bag and leave. I get all the way home and open the bag and it’s not even the food we ordered that she insisted was in that bag. This went on for ten to fifteen minutes. By the time I just gave up and told them to give me the food it was already cold. Very unprofessional tonight. I would have went inside but the line was backed up all the way to the road and we where ready to get home. Will not be back to this facility. Pictures below is the order we got. The burger had no condiments or anything on it and the chicken nuggets had no sauce. It was not the meal we ordered. My kids where very upset. I can handle not getting my food but to upset my kids is a whole other level. Never in my life have I been so mistreated and embarrassed. I feel sorry for all the people that were behind us in line.

Last time I go to the McDonald's here always 20 plus minutes and the food is always cold and messed up managers are rude to not only the crew but also to customers and if you ask them to fix it they act like it is the biggest problem. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to

Went inside the place on May 21st to get some ice cream or a milkshake. Was very unhappy with staff just standing around not doing anything-wouldn't even talk to us. Then find out there was no ice cream or milkshakes! Just the grandma mycflurry or whatever it is. This place is the worst!!!!

I rarely do McDonald's but....my 7 year old asked for chicken nuggets, chocolate milkshake and fries so today I said ok. When I get there, no ice cream their machine blew up today ok he was happy with a chocolate milk. My fiance wanted a fish sandwich and he was not happy because the cheese was mostly on the box but the real disappointment was...I ordered a hamburger happy meal for his little brother, get home and guess what...no hamburger in the happy meal box. Can you believe it. Terrible service! Just TERRIBLE! OH I called they are like come back in and we will give you a hamburger, that's not the point! Do your jobs! Probably going to be a lot longer before I go back! What happened to orders be checked for accuracy? I guess it was close to quitting time and he didn't really care. Good help is hard to find!

I Know sandwiches I get are a lil messy but no sandwiches should come out looking like this no matter what it has on it. I know my orders are always "cook to order" so I'm assuming this is done on purpose because I have ordered same sandwich before & it DIDN'T look like this so I know it CAN BE MADE better not as sloppy with all the condiments on paper rather than ON sandwiche. So whoever made this sandwich needs trained again or need to quit acting like don't wanna do job cuz that shows it. But..... do wanna say the girl at window(blonde) was very nice & good customer service. So service at window was good but the food was jus slopped together.
