Their customer service is horrible. They messed up our order. I called and spoke to a woman and expressed the errors. She said it was because of the items I added to food. The detailed receipt I received had it correctly. I said so what I am just out the money, do you not want my business? She slammed the phone on me and hung up. Hopefully I can speak to a manager tomorrow because they will not answer my call now. Must have caller ID.
we ordered a half pound boneless wings. we received 5.1 oz. for $8.99! called and spoke with Lanie.... not real helpful. won't be back. this was recommended to us. we drove from south Vienna and it was really disappointing
Extremely disappointed in my experience today. I work in Mechanicsburg and occasionally order Crenos and it’s always good and I usually don’t have any issues. However, today, I chose to order as I normally would. It had a pick up time of 45 MINUTES! But I thought, “That’s alright. Maybe they’re busy.” So I waited 45 minutes. Came to finally get my lunch at what is now 1:30 pm only to have them tell me they gave away my food. Seriously??? You gave my food to someone??...read full review
