We love Creno’s however the past several months it’s gone down hill. The coupons they mail don’t work. Have tried the last three coupons drops and it states the code is invalid. Last order the veggie pizza had so many toppings it caused the pizza to not be fully baked. I had to throw it in the oven. Last night our pizza and sub was delivered, but not with care. Half the pizza was ruined. The driver wasn’t very friendly either. We won’t order delivery anymore. We don’t live locally and liked to tip drivers well. The delivery driver we absolutely loved must be gone.

Terrible! The place was a mess! The kitchen was dirty! They dropped a pan on the dirty floor and used it! I had hair in my food! So much hair! It was so greasy that it was hard to eat! Never eat here again!

Being local I’ve tried to order here on multiple occasions. Only once out of 4 separate occasions was I actually able to order a pizza. The one time I did successfully place an order the interaction was drama filled as if I was inconveniencing them with my business. Tonight was the last straw. I called and was placed on hold which is not the issue, it’s a Saturday, I hope they are busy! Good for them! While I was on hold, the call was disconnected. I called back thinking it was just some weird phone thing. They picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called again, for a second time in a row they picked up the phone and hung up on me. For pizza in Mechanicsburg, Pizza Alley will be getting my business from today forward. Avoid Crenos.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread on Halloween for pick up and all of our food was hot and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised because I read all of the negative reviews but as a first time customer, I will order from them again.

Place isn't straightforward when getting food delivered. Had two separate incidents when going through delivery. On 7/30/24, I ordered 2 large pizzas for my nephews birthday party. Waited 2 hours before it even showed up and was told 30 minutes. Never got an apology or anything. Called in an order last night 9/22/24 and was told an hour, and it was close to 3 hours, and the food never showed up. When we called in about the order, the manager hung up on my sister-in-law. This place is a joke. If you're busy, I completely understand, but don't tell someone one thing and do another. That's not how you conduct business. This place is not going to last doing business like that. This is a small town and things spread fast so I assure you that it won't take long before people take their business elsewhere if they haven't already.

Their customer service is horrible. They messed up our order. I called and spoke to a woman and expressed the errors. She said it was because of the items I added to food. The detailed receipt I received had it correctly. I said so what I am just out the money, do you not want my business? She slammed the phone on me and hung up. Hopefully I can speak to a manager tomorrow because they will not answer my call now. Must have caller ID.

Horrible place to work for teenagers. They paid minimum wage and then expect employees to be super fast. First job I ever had worst experience of my life there was no training at all. It’s like I was expected to know everything from the start. Must be why there’s so many other reviews with people getting raw food they want speed over quality. Management was unprofessional I was let go through a text message and has only worked 6 hours
