The fish dinners on Fridays are absolutely wonderful. Large portions and always prepared well. The service is excellent and the waitresses are always pleasant and courteous. The chicken wings are very good also.

Recently purchased a pizza for delivery unfortunately it tasted like cardboard I don't know what happened to this place also bought fish a couple of weeks back it showed up soggy and greasy this place has gone by the wayside don't eat here if you know what's good for

Used to be great. Now every time we order the food, the order taker is rude and the food shows up like someone has dropped it multiple times or shaken the boxes. I thought it may have been a fluke, but this is the third time in a row the food came like this.

Thus salads were forgotten by some at the table also 1 dinner was so late as it needed to be recooked that everyone was more than 1/2 way through their dinner b4 the. recooked dinner was brought to the table. Me and my grandmother absolutely love this place! Especially getting delivery! Staff on the phone are always polite. We placed an order for delivery and I totally forgot to order one other item for my order. So, I called back and it was the same person I spoke to before and I asked her if I could add something else to the order. She said absolutely, not a problem. Took action right away and did it politely! When it got delivered, MY GOODNESS, my burger, waffle fries, and jalapeño poppers was so good and my grandmother ordered an XL pepperoni pizza with a side of jo jos. It was amazing. I highly recommend trying this place if you live in Medina. Spent over $40 and was totally worth it. Trust me, if you spend quite a bit of money here, you won’t be disappointed

I'm rereading my review before I post. Let me say that lthink the rude service is driving this review. The food wasn't good enough to pull the rating up. Read ahead if you need more info.The food is bar/ restaurant fare. Nothing extraordinary. They do, however, bring out really bad (maybe?) garlic bread. They have pizza, so it should be better.Our server was rude from the time we entered. She chastised our need for one extra cup of sauce we each asked for and told us she's "going to start charging us extra," which is fine, but it's not like we were asking for more than two, and two of us in total. She also told the person I was with that she was going to cut of the weak (not correctly calibrated pop dispenser) Coke. We were not running her around.They also only had about 3 tables sat at a time on the restaurant side, so not busy.
