Had the 5 bones of ribs,brisket,pulled pork,mac and cheese,coleslaw, corn bread.All well made nice smoke ring on the brisket, well done! The rub on the ribs was a tad sweet for me,but that's me. Slaw was good, as was the mac. For the price point, we left full. I'd go again.
I highly recommend Swine BBQ for an amazing barbecue experience. The ambiance is reminiscent of Texas, and the owner, Brian Hilberg, along with the staff, provided exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning soon.

My husband smokes meat at home. I am usually disappointed in restaurant smoked meat. Today, we were absolutely delighted. We ordered pulled pork, candied pork belly, and brisket. Absolutely great! Would recommend all of it. Go ahead and try the sampler. You will not be disappointed.
