Our go-to spot for fantastic menu options for Mexican food in the Medina area. We've tried them all but always recommend Don's. I love the remodel they recently did by bringing the bar area to the front. Very large dining room in the back now. No patio is the only negative. Cheerful workers, nice decor, fast service and try the David Special but add pineapple to it instead of the mushrooms!!
Dining areas have been re-done and it is gorgeous !! As always, taco meat perfectly spiced & chicken quesedilla thick with cheese! Salsa & queso for crunchy corn chips, great taste with lime we asked for & quickly provided! Fajitas come with a whole pan of roasted veggies and tortilla flours, soft, easily separated !! Hubs and I enjoy coming to Don Tequila in Medina! The food is always good, and I love that they have potato options. This restaurant is cozy and quaint. Sometimes I worry I have annoyed the waiters, but they are always sweet.
