Management is very rude. Walked in and just got stared at instead of being helped and i asked a question about my order and the mana l got snobby and said no we can do that and rolled her eyes and walked in the back… the workers did help me to make my order right.

I drive up to the drive thru and ordered a large iced matcha latte. When I get my drink, I noticed two long hair strands stuck on my lid! As a former employee at Dunkin, you are supposed to keep your hair away. Unprofessional and disgusting. I hope I don’t find hair in my drink again.

Used the Dunkin' app for ordering. App was easy to use and navigate. Upon arriving at the store, the order was ready for pickup, the order was correct, and I was pleased by the friendly service. Will definitely visit again.
