We stopped by on our way through it was about 4pm on a Monday and this location had no doughnuts. We were definitely unimpressed. Coffee was ok. I ordered a black double cupped and it was not double cupped. The staff need to understand black coffee fresh is very hot and should pay attention to the little details.

Well to begin with getting to Dunkin was a complete nightmare. There were cars everywhere super hard to navigate not to even mention the snow that was covering the roads. Despite this I managed to arrive safely where I was greeted by a nice young worker at the front. Sam, who took my order and had it out quickly had great service. The order came out correctly and the food itself was excellent. It came out hot. Very good. My stomach enjoyed it, and so did my taste buds! My donuts...

I’m only putting this review in cause I know what it’s like to work at Dunkin and I cannot fathom how this mistake happened. Hashbrowns were not “cold” they were literally frozen. Like ice in them. Not like they had been sitting in the warmer- like they had been put in the oven for 5 seconds and given to me. Is the oven broken? Did you forget to put them in the oven? No idea. Coffee and bagel was great though! Kind boy at the window.
