Rhonda was extremely rude. Asked my name for my mobile order and said I had a “large order and everyone was busy because I ordered so much” and that I would have to wait. Another women came up and gave her her name for her mobile order and Rhonda said “oh good, you have a simple order, no food” and glared at me. Even though we are traveling from Missouri, we will never be back. Horrible service.

Whoever greeted me when i entered the building should find a job out of service industry - quite rude.
I used to the dunkin app for the first time and had no idea store can not see any order until the time selected.
Last time I'll go to that dunkin location.

My trip to Dunkin today was good. However, the online point system is confusing and not very specific. I wasted 500 points on a cold beverage for one of my rewards, and it was not specific to the kind of drink I could get for free. I got three drinks and was planning to use my points for one of them, instead, I had to pay after I had used 500 points.

The manager at this place Emma has the worst customer service and disrespectful attitude don’t recommend I don’t understand how somebody made her manager with how terrible her communication skills are

They were out of pretty much every type of donut we asked for and the same thing for the drinks. Plus the donuts they did have were stale.
