Best food ever! Loved it. So tired of all food being the same. At Jane's it looks great and tastes terrific!

Everything was amazing, the atmosphere, service & food! Our server Jennifer was amazing. My husband got the special & I had a ciabatta breakfast sandwich with egg soufflé 100% will be going back! Highly recommend checking out this little gem, you can feel the love & thought they put into to their food.

Minuscule amount of barely-cooked hash browns. Inedible, hard, cold toast with a dime-size of unmelted butter shmeared on it. When I mentioned it to the server she gave me two hard cold butter pats as apparently I was supposed to take care of it myself. Burnt coffee. Had to ask for a refill and received one refill in an hour and a half. We were there that long because of how long it took to get our food and our server's attention. Milk instead of coffee cream or half n half. Someone in the kitchen area near where we were seated kept slamming a door loudly, hard, repeatedly. I will never go back.

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, Jane’s Diner in Medina right off the square is it! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like part of the family. We even had the pleasure of meeting Jane herself, and you can tell immediately how much love and pride she pours into this diner.

Our waitress went above and beyond, giving us the kind of customer service you just don’t find everywhere anymore. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in with genuine care, and made us feel right at home.

The diner is incredibly family-friendly—cozy, inviting, and full of charm. You can tell this is more than just a business; it’s a labor of love. That dedication shines not only in the way they treat their guests, but also in the food—absolutely delicious, made with care, and served with heart.

Jane’s Diner is the kind of place you want to keep coming back to again and again. Medina is lucky to have such a gem right in the square!

I would leave this place a big fat zero. It is not handicap accessible. I cannot even get a wheelchair for my handicap child that is 27 years old, and definitely no place to sit once I get him in there. Not handicap friendly. Sorry that's against the law and and I'm one pissed off Mama Bear. Shame on you Jane's restaurant

Super cute restaurant. Our server was really nice and everything came out quick (even though it was a Saturday morning). I'd definitely come back. Carmel iced coffee had no flavor at all, but I did see Carmel syrup on the side of the glass. Either way, not a huge issue. I personally wasn't a fan of the pancake, but the traditional breakfast was good. Both of us agreed the potatoes were delicious. If you're in the area you can't go wrong!

A lovely diner experience. Love all the live plants hanging inside gives it a great feel. Better than your typical diner food for sure. And they have fresh baked goods for sale which are quite yummy. Love the butter horns

The setting was average. It felt cramped but this was a Saturday morning and they were very busy. I'm very glad that we didn't get a table down the center row, people bumping into each other to easily. Our waitress was kind but very scattered. I had. High expectations for their food and while it was good it wasn't the level I expected. I would like to visit again but at a less busy time.

We are exploring Medina and stopped by for a quick lunch. The food and service were amazing. Best home brewed iced tea around. We had an assortment of pierogies, stuffed cabbage, and corn beef. All we’re excellent. We will certainly visit next time we’re in Medina.
