Jo Jo's Sports Bar & Grill

Just had dinner with family here. Party of six. We were served drinks promptly. Food was hot and served timely. This is a popular location so expect a little difficulty with parking. Best bet. Pizza and wings. Salad dressings are off the shelf so don’t expect homemade.

We made our very first visit on Sunday. The place was not very busy, at all, which surprised us, as it was Mothers Day, and most restaurant were quite busy
We asked to be seated outside and were told to go out to the patio and they would seat us there. We then stood there for 15 minutes while the staff ignored us. The bartender looked at us, several times, but never acknowledged us, or said anything to the hostess, who was also behind the bar having a conversation with another staff member. We finally walked out and found another restaurant. I can't speak to the quality of the food, as we didn't have the chance to eat. The ambience was average for an older sports bar. I would not recommend, based on the service (or lack thereof).

Eat here pretty regular, food is good majority of the time, service is usually average, no worse or better than most other places, however, tonight we arrived, seated, and asked what we wanted to drink almost immediately, almost 15 minutes later we got our drinks, a beer and a double rum and coke. The rum and coke tasted like flat diet coke with the slightest hint of a rum flavor, it was so bad she couldn't drink more than 1/3rd of it and was never asked why the drink was pushed to the side. We ordered a chicken meal and it was great, a cauliflower pizza and it was great and some wings. Given wrong order of wings, and I asked for hot sauce ketchup and silverware after I got my chicken meal. Had to wait almost 5 minutes before I got any of it, so I had to sit and watch my food go from hot to warm. I don't blame the waitress, she didn't make the drink, not sure if it was the kitchen or her that messed up the wing order. This place usually is above a 4 but not tonight.

Terrible service. A ton of empty tables (10 to be exact) and the 4 tables that were seated already had food but no one could seat us at a table.

My family & I love this place. Great atmosphere, food & staff. Wait time is always reasonable.

Birthday dinner with grandkids

When are these guys gonna get their act together and publish a beer list, including taps bottles and cans you can actually give to the patrons when they come into the place? Oh, and the nitrogen refrigeration lines need work. Warm beer? Really?

Slow because of short staffing but the waitress we had was amazing.

Don’t call the phone number. Apparently it goes to the kitchen. I asked if there was a wait and the lady who answered told me “I have no idea.” Completely threw me off. I asked well can I speak to the front or someone who does know. The reason being my husband and I were with our three kids (all under 3). We were at another establishment earlier that had us wait in our car for 30 minutes just to tell us it’ll be another 30 minutes. So we weren’t trying to wait anymore. The lady who answered at Jojo all frustrated asks someone else who said there’s no wait. Phew, so we unload everyone and go inside just for the hostess to tell me, there’s no tables. I just don’t understand why you’d have your busy kitchen staff answering phones?

Best Sports atmosphere and food in Medina.

food was great ,been there a few times now. waitress was just down right rude with the smart remarks.
