3 stars! The apartment complex is in a nice area and is very clean. However, the maintenance does not take orders as emergencies as our door knob is not working and continuously spins when we try to use it. We have been locked out of our apartment before. The office ladies are always very pleasant and love our dog, Cotton very much.
It’s a great place to live !! I’ve been here for 6 Years and I’ve never had a problem. If I have a problem Heat, air conditioning, washer or any Appliance I just call and they are out to fix it with in a couple of hours. I think the staff and especially the maintenance guys are the best !!! Thanks to all of the staff at Mallard’s Crossing

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Filed BBB and HUD complaints due to uninhabitable move-in conditions. Paid $4,200 before unit was livable. Unsafe conditions, no compensation, and management ignores tenants. Directly negatively impacted my mental health.
