I ordered 3 medium sized Roman burgers. One of the sandwiches was considerably smaller. I pointed this out and asked why, when they were all medium, was one sandwich around 2 inches smaller. I was told it was because they were wrapped and that makes them smaller. That was not the case at all. I was given one regular sandwich and two medium. When I paid for all the sandwiches to be medium. Then I also paid extra to have a bottle of strawberry lemonade. They did not have that and I was told I could get pink lemonade out of the fountain, which again would have been cheaper. I left feeling very taken advantage of because I paid for items I did not receive.

Recently tried this location after being ripped off at the Lodi location, the Medina Mr. Hero is night and day better than Lodi. Thank you for giving us what we actually ordered!

I went to Mr Hero (same plaza as Marc’s) and after the young lady took my money and gave my change then proceeded to go to the back as they always do. But this time the lady went and grabbed bread and then tomatoes and attempted to add them to the bread she just moved. I then said excuse me about 3,4 times and she came back upfront. I then explained to her I seen her touching that sandwich and tomatoes WITHOUT washing her hands! She said it wasn’t our sandwich and she didn’t touch anything. I explained to her she just touched my money went in the cash register and gave change to me closing the drawer proceeded to go to the back to help with food without washing your hands! I’m watching you through this opening. She said again but I haven’t touched anything and I told her I am watching you and if that is my sandwich please remake. She went back and the man asked her what I said and they communicated in a foreign language and she had to say something about hands because the sandwich guy went ahead and put on gloves in the middle of making the food and she went to wash her hands! So when you go to Mr. Hero’s 1029 S Court just watch because their making our food your food with dirty hands! It’s bad I had to request clean hands to touch and make my food!
