Rolls were ok. They fell apart while picking up with chopsticks as they were rolled loosely. I paid extra for gluten free sushi sauce and believe I got the regular sushi sauce - unfortunately had a stomach ache instantly. Staff was friendly though
Project sushi is one of the best spots in Medina! I’ve been going for years and the owner is a wonderful man who makes fantastic food. The prices are super reasonable and the atmosphere is great so do yourself a favor and stop by sometime!

My Poke bowl tastes good! I got everything I asked for. Tuna pieces were big, actually everything was big, included cucumbers.
I love this place but it will be good if they cut cucumbers smaller and easy to eat with everything in one bite!
