My mom and I arrived shortly before the dinner rush and were the only ones there. We were seated immediately and our server was super friendly. He was quick to take our order. The food took a bit to come out but we didn’t mind since we knew it would be fresh and they had a lot of to-go orders coming in. Edamame Sushi Ramen Grill & Boba is a great place to have a delicious meal. The environment is always very clean and neat, with kind servers and excellent service. There is a great variety of delicious food, including the excellent spicy miso pork and kimchi ramen with the perfect amount of spice, hot broth, and seared pork. The seafood ramen and California spicy and Karen rolls were comfort food at its finest. The bad boy roll is also really good, and hibachi dinners are very affordable. The establishment is very supportive of the local community, having done a fundraiser for people not receiving their SNAP benefits and serving over 100 meals. What an amazing and generous business that cares. The only thing some might change is the number of TVs in the dining area, but aside from that, this place is perfect.
