Have been a few times and was previously decent. Yesterday (Mon Aug 11) came with the fam for dinner. Bringing hungry kids was a mistake. Place was not even half full. We ordered cheesy bread, 2 pasta and sauces cavatelli and a veal parm. Almost an hour to get our food. Kept being told "it is coming soon". Hubs went to bar when servers couldn't be found to check in around 40 min mark. Two hangry kiddos. Bar tender just said it was coming, no access to a manager? Food finally came...read full review
Had my husbands surprise 70th birthday party. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful and everyone had a wonderful time.
On New Year's Eve we went to Santo Suossos on Rt 18, Medina. We had reservations for 12 at 4:30. They had a nice table set up for us in the back dining room. Joann was our waitress.
We were told when we made our reservations, that there would be a limited menu. I honestly didn't see anything limited about it....very nice selections.
