Placed online order Hot Shot Italiano, toasted. It was not toasted. Makes a HUGE difference in your sandwich, also no napkins. I will never order lunch from here again 😒

Today 5/31 had the worst experience with the female behind the counter. Twice I told her that the flatbread needed toasted. At the end she tried to give me a flabread that wasn't toasted. I told her I wanted ot toasted. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. I told her thats not great service. She replied I don't have to serve you. Wow. Stay away ....where is customer satisfaction? Horrible stay away .

If you place an order online and there’s an issue there is 0 way to contact staff to get it fixed other than just driving in. Terrible system answer your phone

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Only one employee working and had an airpod in. I had to continuously tell the kid what I wanted because he couldn’t hear me with his music. I found it to be really rude. I will not be coming back that’s for sure

Wasn't real happy with how the young gentleman approached me saying you can just tell us your order I lnstead of ordering it on the app since I'm standing right in the store. Like bro it's a sub sandwich it's not a big deal. Just wait for my order to pop up and make it.....I'm sure he was just trying to be nice but it came across as two people not understanding eachother causing frustrations.

Modernist Warehouse

The two employees working were friendly, and made my wrap quickly, but neatly. Veggies were full and fresh and the counter looked clean, assuming not a busy location. Employee explained that Subway got rid of tortilla wraps and do flatbread wraps now, and recommended me one, it was tasty! Dined in and the lobby was also very clean. Will return to this location!

Lackluster food and poorly trained employees. I had to show them their own menu when I asked for artisan Italian bread because they didn’t think they served it, or had any idea what I was talking about. Despite making my requests clear on how I wanted my sandwich, I found myself walking them step by step through the process, from reminding the employee who was making my sub to toast the sub before putting on the toppings to helping him find the ranch dressing from the tray of clearly labeled sauces and dressings. The two employees working at the time, while not rude, were excruciatingly difficult to deal with, even when the task is simply making a sub. I don’t think it to be fair to criticize these employees however, because they appeared to be just teenagers and maybe started their jobs recently, so while they possibly could have put in a bit more effort into their jobs, it appeared that they lacked thorough experience and training in their jobs causing them to have such a difficult time completing a simple order. And even if they just started their jobs, an absence of any acquaintances in consortium to a previous Subway employee was indisputably evident in their futile efforts to construct an otherwise transparent sub. Either this, or another apposite termination of the inadequate performance may just be simple idiocracy.
