Based on customer reviews, The Original Steaks and Hoagies has a new owner named Patel. He has done a great job improving food quality and service. Patel is very polite, super friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. The sandwiches ordered were excellent, and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. One customer ordered an original cheesesteak and fries, calling it so delicious. The restaurant is very clean, including the bar, tables, and floor. The service is amazing. Even when the credit card machine was down or the power was out, the staff was kind and helpful, offering discounts or letting customers pay with cash. Customers would 100% recommend the restaurant and plan to return with relatives.
