If I had to write an essay about anything I was passionate about it I would choose this restaurant. Let me tell you i’ve been going here for years and absolutely nothing beats a trip to Tokyo. The food is immaculate the employees have the best personalities and the boss is just the sweetest man. I love this restaurant more than words could describe and there’s my spiel.

Let me say first of all Tokyo has been the best place with sushi in town, however last night I had a very bad experience that made me regret coming back there..(
The food was amazing, the sushi was so good/fresh. In the beginning, our server seemed to be way too nice smiling and all that stuff, but as soon as we received the check, she immediately started to point at the button for a tip suggesting, like it’s not necessary but at the same time it is mandatory to leave no less than what it says there. Once money was given, she became so angry 😡 at first I didn’t have enough cash I thought I’d go to my car to get it but when I saw her attitude, anger and how soon her “happy” face turned into something very angry.. and thirsty for money. It was so embarrassing. I was so upset to see and feel that.

Walked in hoping to get a good meal after a long day and before work, and when I walked in I was told they go on a break for an hour and a half. This is ridiculous. I work in food service and understand everyone needs a break but close the whole restaurant down for a hour and a half??!! That’s crazy! Will not be coming back.
