Food wings late for pickup by 14 minutes, undercooked wings, cold sandwich due to wait on wings, fries ok, no ice for soda, co2 needed soda is very flat, worker wearing black fuzzy slippers/sliders, tried to leave company feedback, need receipt info, was not given a receipt, when i called to request refund, was told i should have requested a receipt as not automatically provided w online orders, was told found my order and would have district mgr contact me for refund..i threw all food n drink away except for fries...horrible experience medina ohio wingstop....follow up...they responded via google review want to take care of me...still nothing after i emailed them....not surprised...poor culture leads to poor experience which leads to out of business. Been week and half, email sent....nothing yet...what a joke

Literally don’t bother ordering unless Marcos and Nessa are on shift late at night. If any other staff are cooking, Your food will be at minimum 10 minutes late EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Props to Marcos and Nessa. I went from never ever eating wingstop, to it being the only thing I will order. 🤝

Every time I get delivery here and get for a large drink or fries they always give me the opposite of what I ordered. Large fry? Nope, you get a regular, large drink? Sorry, you get a regular sized drink. Suboptimal service!

This was my first visit to a WingStop. The staff was patient and the food cooked to order. The wings were decent and not to badly priced. The fries were good, natural cut style and seasoned nicely. I enjoyed the dry rub Louisiana flavor. The mini corn bites were flavorful but the corn was slightly overcooked. If they were slightly firmer they would be amazing.
All in all I would return to this restaurant chain and this location.

If I could give this place zero it would be zero. I walked in and they said 5 minutes for the DoorDash order that was placed about 15 minutes prior, I have been waiting about 25 minutes and they made about 4 other peoples order first.

The new gm makes the environment hostile and obviously uncomfortable for the employees. The food I received was cold and I was missing almost half my order!! The manager was very rude. I’m very displeased. Please find better management.

This place sucks just watched 5 orders not even get started till the customers arrived to pick up there orders the store was dead so there’s no excuses for being to busy. If somebody calls a order in and they show up to pick up there order and they just start making it I’d fire the employees terrible.
