Cute, I was expecting more of a diner feel. What we got was a family restaurant vibe with a full bar. Happy that they have all day breakfast. My omelette and hashbrowns were yummy. Very good, would recommend.

Walked in at 5pm, was greeted fine and all. Waited around with no help or offer of a beverage, 5 minutes go by another couple is seated behind us. We continue to wait patiently, then at 5:10 a male server makes his way out and ends up taking the couple that were seated after us. At that point we decided to take our business else where.I can understand being being short staffed, but at the time there was only 1 large table a very few others. I am not sure if maybe the server was not notified that we had been seated in his section or what, but this is the type of service that will cause customers like myself to not return.We went down the street to Waffle House and was immediately offered better service

Great food & HOT but 1st cup of coffee luke warm...asked for a 2nd Hot cup of coffee & waitress said "well I didn't stick my finger in it exactly" how was I to know I was not Hot...??? My family ran a very successful restaurant & I have 'worked in restaurent business & KNOW 'Hot coffee is always a crowd pleaser'....Waitresses looked disheveled & hair messy too...Always liked YTR in past in downtown Cleveland but hadn't tried Medina store so we did after the Ice Carving Fest we'd visited! very disappointed & Manager never asked the usual "how was you meal?" question, never even looked up at us. Won't be back (tipped 20% in spite of poor service)Mayor Bender from Ontario OH

Food is always great here, huge fans of the breakfasts. Service isn't always great, it can be a challenge to get refills depending on what section you're sitting in. Highly recommend their omelettes.
